These rules exist to protect both my time and your investment, ensuring smooth and reliable transactions. By purchasing coins, booking an account boost, or commissioning development work, you automatically agree to the terms outlined below.
Right to Refuse: I reserve the right to decline any service, commission, or transaction for any reason, at any time.
Payment First: Unless explicitly agreed upon for large development milestones, payment is required upfront before any services begin.
Communication: Keep requests clear, direct, and specify exactly what you need so we can avoid misunderstandings.
Transfer of Liability: My responsibility ends at the moment of transfer, weather of coins, your account or anything else, I am not responsible for any bans after the guaranteed 2 week No Ban Warrenty
Delivery Windows: Delivery times will be coordinated prior to payment. Ensure you are online, and ready to receive to avoid delays.
Account Access: You must provide the necessary login credentials for the duration of the boost. Ensure 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) is handled smoothly so I can log in.
Interruption Restrictions: Do not log into the account while a boost is actively in progress. Doing so kicks me out, interrupts the grind, and may result in the termination of the service without a refund.
Post-Boost Protocol: You must change your password immediately after I confirm the service is complete.
Zero Liability: I will not touch your island, island chests, gear, or coins unless it is explicitly required to complete your specific grind. However, because account sharing carries inherent risks, I am not liable for any security actions taken against your account or compromised security on your end. This DOES NOT MEAN that I will not try my hardest to avoid a security ban and I WILL NEVER use bannable methods to boost (e.g. macroing etc)
Scope of Work: You must provide a highly detailed brief of exactly what you want built. Any new features requested after the initial quote is agreed upon will be treated as "scope creep" and will incur additional charges.
Payment Structure: Dev work requires a 50% upfront deposit before any coding begins, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion and a working demonstration.
Maintenance & Bugs: I will patch any bugs directly caused by my code for a grace period of 30 days after delivery. Any further updates required due to third-party software changes or new feature requests will be billed as new work.

* A 100% refund is available if banned within 30 days if eligible for coins and boosting.
Final Note: Any attempts to scam, issue fraudulent chargebacks, or severely violate these terms will result in a permanent blacklist from all current and future services.
